Yes, you can cancel your booking, but it depends on our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All advance bookings (min 1-month in advance) cancellations are subject to a £10.00 administration charge, except in cases where you have purchased cancellation cover.

  • All booking cancellations which are within 1 month time are subject to a £5.00 administration charge, except in cases where you have purchased cancellation cover. 

  • All Non-Flex bookings can be cancelled if you have opted for a cancellation cover.

To cancel a booking, please contact us via our ticketing system at https://holidayscarparking.uk/support or email us at info@holidayscarparking.uk  quoting your booking reference number. You can also call us at 07883320607. Please note that cancellation requests can only be processed during office hours and are subject to our specified notice periods of 48 hours before your departure date/time.

Your refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Yes, you can amend your booking — including changes to dates, times, vehicle details, or  terminal — depending on availability.

To make changes:

  • Contact our customer support team with your booking reference number

  • Amendments should be made at least 24 hours before your drop-off

  • Some amendments may incur a fee depending on the change and the provider.

  • If the new booking costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • Refunds will be given if the amended booking costs less than the original.

Charges depend on our terms and whether you have purchased Cancellation Cover:

✅ Cancellations:

  • If you have Cancellation Cover and cancel at least 24 hours before your booking starts, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of the cover.

  • Without Cancellation Cover, some bookings are non-refundable, and for some we can cancel after deducting cancellation fees.

  • If you have not purchased cancellation cover, please check our terms to check our cancellation policy  or call us and our support team will assist you.



✅ Amendments:

  • Amendments (changing dates or times) can usually be made by contacting us through our support email support@holidayscarparking.uk  or call us at 07883320607.

  • For some booking we may charge an amendment fee depending on the change and timing.

  • Price differences due to amendments (e.g., longer parking) must be paid at the time of amendment.

 Full Refunds:

  • Full refunds are generally only available if you have Cancellation Cover.

  • Refunds exclude any non-refundable fees, such as booking or administration fees, unless stated otherwise.

You can amend your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off time.

  • Amendments made within 24 hours of drop-off may not be allowed and are subject to the parking provider's discretion.

  • Any price differences due to changes (e.g. longer duration or different service) will need to be paid at the time of amendment.

If you need to change your parking provider or switch to a different airport, you’ll need to contact us through our support email support@holidayscarparking.uk or call us at 07883320607. We will be able to transfer your booking to another airport or to another parking provider.

Yes, you can change your booking dates — as long as the new dates are available and your request is made at least 24  hours before your original arrival time.

Yes, you can update your vehicle details (such as registration number, make, or model and color) after booking — free of charge. To make changes, simply contact our customer service team with your booking reference and new vehicle details.

We recommend updating your car details at least 24 hours before your drop-off time to avoid delays during vehicle handover.

Yes, lots of our partner car parks will provide optional car washes or valets whilst you have your vehicle parked.

  •  Exterior and interior cleaning and full valeting services are available.
  • Availability is different, and when booking, the car park details should be checked.
  •  Car wash will be an added charge, which you can choose during the booking process, or you can arrange on-site.

📌 Tip: In case car wash matters to you, then make sure to reserve and check availability and price.

It will depend on the type of service and the airport of your preference:

🚗 Park & Ride:

  • Car parks are typically 5–15 minutes from the terminal.
  • A free shuttle bus runs frequently and takes you directly to the airport.
  • In some cases the shuttle bus is not free. It will be advertised clearly if the shuttle is not free.
  • Shuttle frequency and travel time will be included in your booking confirmation.

🤝 Meet & Greet:

  • No need to visit the car park — you drop your vehicle directly at the terminal, mostly at the short stay car park right at the terminal.
  • Our insured driver will take your car to a secure, off-site location, usually within 5 miles of the airport.

Each of the car parks is completely secured, monitored and chosen concerning location, safety and reliability.

Most of our parking providers accept standard-sized vehicles. Big cars can be permitted, but there can be additional fees or limits.

Most of our partnered car parks have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, particularly for long-term accommodation.

  • EV charging locations are located in specific locations; you need to verify each car park to find out whether EV charging is provided on the booking page.
  • You can leave your vehicle to charge when you are away so that when you return, you can be on your way.
  • A charging cable might be needed, so make sure to check the instructions on the car park while booking.
  • EV charging can be charged with the price or at an additional fee, depending on the provider.

📌 Tip: When booking, look for the “EV Charging Available” icon or ask customer service to confirm.

For Meet and Greet or valet services, a small amount of mileage may be added to your vehicle.

This is due to:

  • Driving your vehicle from the terminal to the secure car park
  • Returning it back to the terminal upon your arrival

The added mileage is usually very minimal and is usually within the range of 5 to 15 miles, depending on the distance between the car park and the airport. You can check that by contacting us.

In the case of Park and Ride, your vehicle is parked at the point you leave it (or is transferred within the same compound); thus, it does not cover any mileage.

📌 Tip: You can also take a really quick snapshot of your odometer before handing over your keys in case you want to keep track of that.

In some cases, service providers may disconnect or cover dashcams during Meet and Greet or valet services.

This is often done to:

  •   Protect the privacy of staff during vehicle handling.
  • Comply with data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Prevent potential unauthorised recording in secure areas

However, not all providers will do so, and others can leave dashcams capturing where unobtrusive.

📌 Tip: If dashcam footage is important to you, we recommend:

    • Asking us in advance about their dashcam policy
    • Reviewing your dashcam settings before handing over the vehicle
    • Keeping a log or backup of existing footage for peace of mind

You can always check your booking confirmation or contact customer service for dashcam-related queries specific to your chosen provider.

Yes, all our partner car parks and compounds are highly secured to provide utmost safety for your vehicle when you are away.

Security features typically include:

  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance
  • Manned security patrols
  • Secure fencing and gated entry
  • Barrier-controlled access
  • Floodlighting at night

Most of our parking partners have also received Park Mark® Safer Parking accreditation for the facilities exhibiting high-security standards.

Vans, minibuses, motorhomes, pickups, or vehicles over 2.1 m in height or longer than standard estate/SUVs

  • Some car parks do not accept large vehicles at all.
  • Others may charge an additional fee — typically £10–£20 extra, payable on arrival or in advance.
  • It is required to tell us in advance in case you will be bringing a big vehicle, and this will help us confirm whether your chosen provider can take it or not.
